The One You've Been Looking For Banana Bread

I LOVE this bread! I just have a thing with banana bread esp. vegan b/c it rises and then falls so I have made this both using 3/4 tsp soda and with a whole tsp and I like it better with a whole tsp. (It rises beautifully!)
