Risotto - Roland Risotto with Parmesan Cheese Roland® Risotto is an authentic natural arborio rice mix, with no artificial ingredients, imported from Italy. This delicious addition is flavored with authentic Italian Cheese. Ingredients: Rice, Dehydrated Cheeses (Parmagiano-Reggiano, Grana Padano), Milk Proteins, Vegetable Broth(Sea Salt, Yeast Extract, Ground Rice, Palm Oil, Onion, Garlic), Dehydrated Cream, Chives, Onions, Natural Flavors. Preparation: Roland® Risotto is made by combining the contents of the package with two cups of cold water (approximately a two to one ratio water/rice). Bring to a boil and reduce heat to a simmer. Stir occasionally for about 18 minutes; or, microwave for 10 minutes, stir, and then microwave for 8 minutes more.
